Our St. Laurent location is conveniently located in the lower level of the St. Laurent Shopping Center (between CDI College & Rainbow Theatres).  This location is easily accessible from St. Laurent Blvd., the Queensway (exit St. Laurent Blvd.) and as well along the main OC Transit bus routes.

This facility encompasses over 35,000 square feet and is comprised of both a large Co-Ed facility and a separate, private Women’s Only facility.

Special features available only at our St. Laurent location include a 25’ by 60’ indoor pool, a large co-ed sauna and a luxury whirlpool. 

There are two group exercise studios, Aqua Fitness and well over 60 options for your cardiovascular workout including a Boxing Studio!  This location also features the exclusive “Lite Zone Café” where you can enjoy specialty protein shakes and meals prepared for the nutritionally conscious.

Free parking is available at this facility.
