Complimentary Consultation
A fitness consultation is a chance for you to express your fitness and health related goals, share your past experiences, and get professional advice from a Certified Personal Trainer on any topics related to you and your health.  Your only obligation in this FREE session is to set some personal goals and start working toward them!

 

Fitness Evaluation
This is not a pass or fail exam, it is a foundation from which your personal goals will be developed.  Your evaluation will consist of the following components: blood pressure and resting heart rate efficiency, ratio of lean body weight to body fat, flexibility, body measurements and various strength tests.  There is no better motivator than be able to measure your progress!

 

N3 Total Nutrition
The goal of N3 Total Nutrition is to educate our clients by providing them with a comprehensive 28 day personalized meal plan. N3 meal plans are generated using your fitness evaluation results, your schedule, food preferences, goals and advice from your trainer. Each meal plan specifies what you should eat (ingredients and great preparation suggestions), how much you should eat, and the ideal time to eat. The program also includes a weekly grocery list for each of the 4 weeks of the plan. The information contained in your book is designed to guide you through the process of learning how to “eat for health” while achieving your goals. The N3 meal plan is known as “the 28 day meal plan that last’s a lifetime”.

 

RT 1-2-3
What exercises, how many sets, how many reps, how hard to workout, how long and how often? If you are new to the fitness club environment or, have been out of an exercise program for over a year, then RT 1-2-3 is for YOU!  This is an introductory program designed to teach you the basics of cardiovascular and weight training in a gym environment.

Your package includes three 45-minute sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer to “learn the ropes” and a set up a simple 2-day program to get you started on the right track!

 

Quick Start
Designed to get you “back on track…” You already know the basics but you just need some motivation, guidance and structure to revitalize your exercise program.  Your package includes three one-on-one sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer and a program specifically designed for you!
